Chairman Donald Lamay asked for an update on H.H. Dobbins site plan review application.
Dan Wolfe explained that the application went to the County Planning Board last month. The application was dismissed as incomplete due to conflicting information. With what Dobbins proposed, the County felt that they would be disturbing more than 3 acres.
Dan Wolfe asked Dobbins to have their engineers redraw the site plan and resubmit it with the SEQR form.
Dan Wolfe has the revised application and site plan. The project was 26,300 sq. ft. now its 26,240 sq. ft.
Dave D’Anniballe – All receiving will be done at the main building anything left over will be sent to storage. There will only be a fork lift driver there to unload for storage.
Chairman Donald Lamay asked the board members if they were ok to go ahead and send the revised site plan review application to the County.
Everyone was good with it.
Chairman Donald Lamay briefly mentioned that he along with other board members went to the open house in Barker regarding the wind project. Seemed like they were not prepared and it was all heard before.
